Processing time: The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.  Generally items ship within 1 to 2 business days.

Customs & Import Taxes - Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.                          

Shipping methods - Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service  (USPS) first-class mail. A tracking number is provided by USPS. Buyers are responsible for additional shipping costs for expedited deliveries or other shipping methods.                             

 Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges if you contact me within 10 days of delivery and ship item back within 15 days of delivery date.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value of the item.

I do not accept cancelations. Please contact me if you have any issues with your order.

Special or custom orders may not be returned.
